Risks and conditions of use

1. Investor warning:
The figures given refer to past performance. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance and should not be the sole deciding factor in the selection of a financial instrument. The performance of the financial instrument is displayed on the basis of valuation prices in the investment currency, with reinvested net income. Due to currency fluctuations, your return may be higher or lower if you invest in a currency other than the one in which the past performance has been calculated. All price information relates to the product unless otherwise indicated. The strategies are managed without reference to a particular benchmark. Any strategies and statements to be made should be considered as hypothetical.
2. Risk warning:
Trading Forex (foreign exchange) or CFDs (contracts for difference) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. There is a possibility that you may sustain a loss equal to or greater than your entire investment. Therefore, you should not invest or risk money that you cannot afford to lose. Before using those services, please acknowledge all of the risks associated with trading. Trading through copying and/or replicating the trades of other traders involves a high level of risks, even if such copying and/or replication is undertaken through following and/or copying and/or replicating the top-performing traders. Such risks include, but are not limited to, the fact that you may be following/copying the trading decisions of inexperienced/unprofessional traders, or traders whose purpose, strategy, or financial status or intention, may differ from yours. Past performance of any trader cannot guarantee and is not a reliable indicator of their future performance. The content on the copy trading platform is generated by members of the community and does not contain, in any way, shape or form, advice or recommendations by or on behalf of developers of this application.
3. The key risks of copy trading:
In making a decision to copy a specific trader or traders, you should consider your financial situation, including your financial commitments. You should understand that copy trading is highly speculative and that you could sustain significant losses exceeding the amount used to copy a trader or traders as a result of the following:
3.1. it will involve automated trading execution whereby trades are opened and closed in your account without your manual intervention;
3.2. if you manually modify or close a copied trade, you may achieve a materially different result than the trader that you copied;
3.3. copied trades in amounts lower than the minimum trade will not be opened;
3.4. if you are copying all trades which are currently open, we will open your position at the best available price at the time of copying and not the price at the time which the trade being copied was originally opened;
3.5. cash-out and withdrawals by the copied trader may also generate a materially different result than the trader that you copied as it may affect the copy trading proportions. This is due to a number of different factors including starting account balance, minimum trade size, the investor's account settings, differences in spread, interest and investment price at the time of investment, and also the difference in fees that may be incurred;
3.6. following/copying the trading decisions of inexperienced and/or unprofessional traders; and/or
3.7. following/copying traders whose ultimate purpose or intention or financial status may differ from yours.
